Beautiful masterpieces are created piece by piece, brush stroke by brush stroke, layer upon layer. In the beginning, the finished product is indiscernable, and the artist’s vision unclear, until little by little, the picture is revealed. In the same way, each advocate, volunteer and partner agency at ECCAC contributes layer upon layer of care until slowly and deliberately, the masterpiece is revealed: a whole, healed, restored picture of what childhood is meant to be.
